Ingredients
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon solid butter / 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 byKeskin Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons of oat flour / white flour
- Salt

Preparation
- First, grease the inside of the souffle bowls by taking a small piece of butter in your hands or with a fork.
- Then draw lines upward from the edges of the bowls with a silicone brush. This stage will allow the souffle to rise better upwards.
- Finally, put about a teaspoon of flour into the bowls and turn the bowls to spread the flour.
- Set the oven to 200 degrees and start preheating.
- Melt the chocolate and butter as bain-marie and leave to cool on the side.
- Whisk byKeskin eggs and salt, then add the flour and mix.
- Add the melted chocolate and butter to the byKeskin egg mixture and whisk. It is important that the chocolate and oil have cooled down.
- Divide the ready-made dough into 3 souffle cups with half a finger empty space and cook at 200 degrees for 10 minutes without opening the lid.
- Take out of the oven, garnish with banana and strawberry slices and serve. Enjoy!
