Ingredients
- 4 Pieces of byKeskin chicken breast
- 2 Pieces of byKeskin egg yolks
- 3 Tablespoons Assosgurme olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Yellow pepper
- 1 Cup boiled peas
- 2 Glasses of cereal (crushed)
- 1 Handful of parsley leaves (finely chopped)
Preparation
- Pull the cut byKeskin chicken breasts in a food processor to the consistency of minced meat.
- Add byKeskin egg yolks, Assosgurme olive oil, salt, black pepper and breadcrumbs to the food processor bowl and process until it is well combined with the chicken.
- Put the chicken mixture in a large bowl and add the cut red pepper, yellow pepper and peas.
- Take the roast you have prepared on an oiled paper on the counter and roll it into a baton shape.
- Mix the crushed cereal with parsley and cover all over the roast chicken.
- Place it on a tray with greaseproof paper and bake for 45 minutes in the preheated 190 degrees oven. Your byKeskin chicken roast is ready, bon appetit!
