CHICKEN ROSTO

 Ingredients

• 4 Pieces of byKeskin chicken breast
• 2 Pieces of byKeskin egg yolks
• 3 Tablespoons Assosgurme olive oil
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
• 2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 1 Red pepper
• 1 Yellow pepper
• 1 Cup boiled peas
• 2 Glasses of cereal (crushed)
• 1 Handful of parsley leaves (finely chopped)

Directions:

1. Pull the cut byKeskin chicken breasts in a food processor to the consistency of minced meat.
2. Add byKeskin egg yolks, Assosgurme olive oil, salt, black pepper and breadcrumbs to the robot bowl and pull it into the robot until it is well combined with the chickens.
3. Put the chicken in a large bowl and add the cut red pepper, yellow pepper and peas.
4. Take the roast you have prepared on an oiled paper on the counter and roll it into a baton shape.
5. Mix the crushed cereal with parsley and cover all over the roast chick.
6. Place it on a tray with greaseproof paper and bake for 45 minutes in the heated 190 degrees oven. Your byKeskin chicken roast is ready, bon appetit!
