ORANGE CHICKEN
Ingredients
• 6 Oranges
• 4 byKeskin chicken breasts
• 1 Small onion
• 4 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
• 3 Tablespoons of water
• 3 Tablespoons of vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons of butter
• 1 Teaspoon of grated ginger
• Salt, pepper
To fry:
1 Tablespoon of butter
Half tea glass of Assosgurme pure olive oil
To garnish:
Orange slices
Directions:
1) First, squeeze the juice of 3 oranges. Peel the remaining oranges and cut them into cubes.
2) Take the white parts of the skin of 1 orange and chop finely. Finely chop the onion. Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook on low heat until it reaches the consistency of a thick syrup.
3) Add onion, vinegar and orange juice. Cook until it reaches the consistency of cream, stirring occasionally.
4) Add chopped orange, orange peel, 2 tablespoons butter, ginger and salt. Cook until the water is absorbed by half.
5) Take butter and oil in a pan and fry byKeskin fillets both sides.
6) While it´s hot, sprinkle pepper and salt on them. Get it on the serving plates.
7) Add the orange sauce. Garnish with orange slices and serve.
