TORTILLA

 

Ingredients

• 2 Tablespoons Assosgurme olive oil
• 450 Grams patato
• 8 byKeskin Eggs
• 1 Red pepper
• 1 Onion
• 1 Piece garlic
• Salt, black pepper
• 2 Bunches of chopped parsley
• 1 Teaspoon of hot sauce

 

 

 

 

Directions

1) Set the oven to 180 degrees. Chop the onion thinly. Peel the skin of the potatoes and slice them thinly.
2) Clean the seeds of the pepper and cut into thin strips. Add Assosgurme olive oil to the pan and leave it to heat over medium heat. Add potatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, salt and black pepper and mix and cook until the potatoes are soft for about 15 minutes.
3) Whisk byKeskin eggs in a bowl. Add hot sauce, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper and mix.
4) Add the mixture over the vegetables in the pan.
5) Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 12-16 minutes until it is solid.
6) Transfer it to the serving plate with the help of a spatula. Add on little Assogurme olive oil and chopped parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal !
