SIMPLE SOUFFLE
Ingredients
• 200 g Dark chocolate
• 1 Tablespoon solid butter / 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 byKeskin Eggs
• 2 Tablespoons of oat flour / white flour
• Salt
To garnish
Banana and strawberry
Directions:
1) First, we grease the inside of our soufflé bowls by
taking a small piece of butter in our hands or with a fork.
2) Then we draw lines upward from the edges of the bowls with
a silicone brush. This stage will allow our soufflé to
rise and rise better upwards.
3) Finally, we put about a teaspoon of flour into the bowls
and turn the bowls to spread the flour.
4) We set our oven to 200 degrees and start preheating.
5) We melt the chocolate and butter as bain-marie and leave to
cool on the side.
6) We whisk byKeskin eggs and salt, then add the flour and
mix.
7) Add the melted chocolate and butter to byKeskin egg mixture
and whisk. It is important that the chocolate and oil have
cooled down.
8) We divide our ready-made dough into 3 soufflé cups
with half a finger empty space and cook at 200 degrees for 10
minutes without opening the lid.
9) You can take it out of the oven, garnish with banana and
strawberry slices and serve with ! Enjoy !
