FRITTATA
Ingredients
• 2 Medium courgettes
• 1 Teaspoon of powdered turmeric
• 3 Tablespoons of Assosgurme olive oil
• 6 byKeskin eggs
• 50 Grams of old cheddar cheese
• 1/4 Bunch of dill
• 1 Teaspoon of grated nutmeg (according to desire)
• 1 Teaspoon powdered black pepper / salt mixture
For the above:
• 1 Tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1) Grate the courgettes and squeeze the juice with your hands. Grate the old cheddar cheese.
2) In a bowl, break byKeskin eggs and beat with a fork until the foam.
3) Add grated old cheddar, finely chopped dill, black pepper and salt over the eggs and mix.
4) Heat Assogurme olive oil in the pan where you will cook the omelet. Add the courgettes and turmeric. Saute for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5) Pour the egg mixture over the courgettes and mix it with a wooden spoon once or twice.
6) Preheat the grill section of the oven to 200 degrees. Take the omelet, which is still liquid on top, from the stove. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on it and put it on the grill section of the oven.
7) Keep the frittata in the oven for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Slice the omelet from the oven while it is hot and serve it with dill or basil leaves.
