Ingredients
- 6 Oranges
- 4 byKeskin chicken breasts
- 1 Small onion
- 4 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons of water
- 3 Tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Teaspoon of grated ginger
- Salt, pepper
To fry:
- 1 Tablespoon of butter
- Half tea glass of Assosgurme pure olive oil
To garnish:
- Orange slices
Preparation
- First, squeeze the juice of 3 oranges. Peel the remaining oranges and cut them into cubes.
- Take the white parts of the skin of 1 orange and chop finely. Finely chop the onion. Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook on low heat until it reaches the consistency of a thick syrup.
- Add onion, vinegar and orange juice. Cook until it reaches the consistency of cream, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped orange, orange peel, 2 tablespoons butter, ginger and salt. Cook until the water is absorbed by half.
- Take butter and oil in a pan and fry byKeskin fillets on both sides.
- While it is hot, sprinkle pepper and salt on them. Place on the serving plates.
- Add the orange sauce. Garnish with orange slices and serve.
