Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 Oranges
  • 4 byKeskin chicken breasts
  • 1 Small onion
  • 4 Tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons of water
  • 3 Tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 Teaspoon of grated ginger
  • Salt, pepper

To fry:

  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • Half tea glass of Assosgurme pure olive oil

To garnish:

  • Orange slices

Preparation

  1. First, squeeze the juice of 3 oranges. Peel the remaining oranges and cut them into cubes.
  2. Take the white parts of the skin of 1 orange and chop finely. Finely chop the onion. Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan and cook on low heat until it reaches the consistency of a thick syrup.
  3. Add onion, vinegar and orange juice. Cook until it reaches the consistency of cream, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chopped orange, orange peel, 2 tablespoons butter, ginger and salt. Cook until the water is absorbed by half.
  5. Take butter and oil in a pan and fry byKeskin fillets on both sides.
  6. While it is hot, sprinkle pepper and salt on them. Place on the serving plates.
  7. Add the orange sauce. Garnish with orange slices and serve.
