Chicken Kebab with Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 Pieces of byKeskin chicken breast
  • 1 Pack of cellentani
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 Glass of grated cheddar
  • 3 Pieces fresh onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 byKeskin egg white
  • 2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain the excess water and mix it with butter.
  2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on it and put it on a serving plate. In another bowl, grind the byKeskin chicken meat in a food processor. Add chopped onion, parsley, garlic, byKeskin egg white, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper and knead.
  3. Put the meat on skewers and cook it on the grill.
  4. Place byKeskin chicken kebabs over the pasta and serve.
