Ingredients
- 2 Pieces of byKeskin chicken breast
- 1 Pack of cellentani
- 2 Tablespoons of butter
- 1 Glass of grated cheddar
- 3 Pieces fresh onion
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 byKeskin egg white
- 2 Tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain the excess water and mix it with butter.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on it and put it on a serving plate. In another bowl, grind the byKeskin chicken meat in a food processor. Add chopped onion, parsley, garlic, byKeskin egg white, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper and knead.
- Put the meat on skewers and cook it on the grill.
- Place byKeskin chicken kebabs over the pasta and serve.
