Ingredients
- 250 Grams of byKeskin skinless chicken leg
- 3 Tablespoons Assosgurme olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 Clove of crushed garlic
- Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Hot pepper
- Cumin
- Thyme
- 3 Sprigs of fresh thyme
To serve:
- Fried potatoes
- Roasted peppers
- Tomato
Preparation
- Mix the spices and salt and rub it on both sides of byKeskin chicken.
- Mix Assosgurme olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste and garlic in a bowl and apply it on both sides.
- Then cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven.
- After it is cooked, chop it large and put it on a serving plate.
- Garnish with thyme branches. Serve with roasted peppers, tomatoes and french fries.
