Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons of curd cheese
- 2 byKeskin Eggs
- 1/2 Cup milk
- Assosgurme olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation
- Mix the milk and chia seeds in a deep bowl and let the mixture stand for a gel-like consistency. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt and pepper. Add the chia mixture on it and continue whisking.
- Heat a non-stick pan and spread the mixture you prepared. When it starts to cook lightly, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on it. Remove from the stove and serve hot.
